Edison girls lacrosse

Summer camp is open to all interested and returning players. No prior experience is necessary to participate. Please fill out the form below to register for summer camp.

When: August 10-14
            Athletes new to the program: 12:00pm-2:00pm
            Returning athletes: 2:00pm-4:00pm
Where: Edison High School on the back turf 
Bring: water, cleats, mouthguard, goggles*, and stick*
Cost: $150.00 per player via check or Zelle

*We have some sticks and goggles for players to borrow but supplies are limited*

 

ALL athletes must have a physical, emergency card, and medical insurance form filled out to participate. All forms can be found below. The emergency card and medical insurance form should be brought on the first day to check in. Physicals can be turned in to the athletic trainer, Jaxon Morgan. Please do not turn in physicals to us.
