Fall Ball is an opportunity for players to learn, develop, and get to know coaches before tryouts take place in November. Athletes who are not participating in fall or winter sports are highly encouraged to participate in Fall Ball. Athletes are expected to consistently attend Fall Ball practices and be punctual. Athletes will only receive PE credit if they are attending practices. Just because it is off season does not mean our expectations of players are any different than in season.
Required Equipment:
I always recommend trying out a few sticks before purchasing one because all sticks are so different. Eventually, all athletes have to have their own sticks, but we will have a few to try out during Fall Ball if you want to hold off on buying one until after tryouts. The following is the equipment that ALL athletes must have. We do not have extras of these:

cleats (soccer cleats are fine)

Fall Ball will occur: Tuesday, September 2nd - Tryouts in November
Tuesdays: 4:30pm-6:30pm
Wednesday: 4:30pm-6:30pm
Thursday: 3:30pm-5:30pm - FRESHMAN & JUNIORS will have strength/conditioning from 3:30-4:30 and stick work from 4:30-5:30, SOPHOMORES & SENIORS will have stick work from 3:30-4:30 and strength/conditioning from 4:30-5:30, everyone meet in front of the weight room by 3:25.

There is no cost to participate in Fall Ball. However, a donation is much appreciated to help cover the costs for our wonderful coaching staff. The recommended donation is $150 for non fall athletes and $50 for athletes in fall sports. Donations can be made in the form of a check handed to a coach or via Zelle to ehschargersgirlslacrosse@gmail.com. Thank you for your support!
